You could easily replace that last work with professional/employee what ever describes you.
We can all be guilty of dismissing the fact that clients don’t know certain things those of us in the know take for granted. We can often make a split second decision not to tell a client about the technicalities behind something, tell them it’s not done that way, rather than spending a bit of time explaining. That bit of time can only enforce to the client you know what you’re talking about. The easy option is lazy, and that might make the client think you’re attitude to your work–which they’ve given you–is lazy.
Don’t take the easy option.
